I ordered this item from HPP Enterprises. They charged my credit card but did not ship the item. Now they claim that they are out of stock. I cancelled the order. We'll see whether they credit my account. Do not trust HPP.

I thought I had made an review earlier but apparently not. anyway, this is wonderful for its price. There have not been any real malfunctioning since it's purchased in the beginning of this semester(now you know I'm a lazy college student). There were significant burned marks and rusty looking residual developed on the heating element, but I blame my roommates for accidentally pouring rice into the cooker without pot....... Only tested the white rice, sushi, porridge functions. Will go on test more later when I got time.
