I have been using for a couple of weeks and have mild asthma about every evening, probably due to chemicals. I use this as directed and in about 5 minutes or less I have not more tightness of my chest. YOU have to use on your NECK as well as your chest. I only have mild symtems although I have had stronger episodes in the past, I like the fact that they suggest using before exercising, haven't tried yet.
I noticed that the negitive people commenting here never said they used it. I love not having the inhaler taste going to bed. I will be ordering more if I need it in the future and will be telling my friends to see how it helps them, one being my Mom:)
