I purchased this desk for my son when he was between 12 - 15 months old. The desk is stylish and fits well in small spaces. Cleans up very easily. The chair material is slippery so it was tough for my son to stay on the seat. I was able to fix that easily by attaching the thin, rubbery material used to line cabinets. That did the trick! My son is now 2 and can sit on the chair sans the liner material. He loves the desk!
