Great idea! Being able to dial while away from the desk, only problem is - there is no memory. Unless you know all the phone numbers of your customers - it is of no use. I have had one for almost two years and may have used it twice.

Works well. Easy to set up. Light and easy to carry in your pocket. Buttons are not ergonomically designed well. The keypad design feels cheap and there is no way to download / store frequently used numbers.

I had to return this product because it wouldn't work with my AT&T TL 92420 and TL 7600. At&T technical support is horrible at best.
